YOUR DESIGN IN THE REAL WORLD.

WORKFLOW

After initial contact, we will sit down together and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

At this first meeting, you will have the opportunity to share your concerns, wishes and goals with me. Perhaps you already have an idea of where you want our graphic journey to take you, or you can contribute images and handwritten material (e.g. notes, sketches, etc.) to illustrate your ideas.

The main goal of our conversation is to find a common thread so that I can get a clear picture of your ideas. Once I have a concrete idea of your vision, I will show you a rough draft of how I can implement your project and our collaboration can begin.
In the second phase, I will present you with a concept and an offer. The offer will include the services I can provide for you, the financial framework and the time required.

I will also show you what we need (only if necessary!) for the implementation. Here are a few examples – for a redesign, there are usually some documents (e.g. style guide/brand book, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.) that you can provide me with for the fulfilment of the order. However, it may also be the case that you are in the process of setting up your company and need a logo and business stationery. In this case, it would be very helpful if you could provide me with your ideas, texts or sample materials.

As soon as everything is in order and I get the green light from you, our collaboration can move on to the third phase, and from now on everything will revolve around ‘designing a world as you imagine it!’.
I work on your order with a high level of concentration, meticulousness and efficiency, and I will keep you regularly informed of the current status.

As soon as the first drafts are available, I will present them to you and you may - and should - tell me all your thoughts. What do you like? Which direction would you prefer? Nothing should be left to chance!

Your appearance should ultimately be coherent and able to leave a good and lasting impression on your customers. This is a section that begins relatively calmly and may end with a ‘WOFF’. If everything is fine with you, it's on to the next step.
Great! You are happy with your design and I will create the final design for you. Depending on what we have agreed, I will send you your design in the next few days.

In the case of print products, I will be happy to place an order for you or advise you, for example, on the print run, paper quality, formats, grammage and everything else that is relevant. Just talk to me about it.

Like everything, our assignment is also coming to an end, so there is one more thing to mention. If you are looking for advice or would like further support, a phone call is all it takes and I will take on your assignment with the same commitment as you have already experienced.
